Firstly use full dry method peel corn to extracting germ, except for fat and protein, process the corn endosperm to low fat corn flour, then get the requests of raw material to product high fructose corn syrup. The whole production process in fructose production line not need water, so no sewage discharge.
Low fat corn flour is adjusted with the mixing tank to get into liquefaction process, after high temperature liquefaction, under the catalysis of amylase, starch-containing slurry is changed to dextrin, then saccharification enzyme can catalyze the formation of glucose, the isomeric effect of glucose isomerase to get high fructose corn syrup. During the high fructose corn syrup manufacturing process, to get higher sweet high fructose corn syrup, usually separates the glucose from the mixture and turns it into fructose, which increases the amount of fructose in the mixture.

1. Corn starch/ flour making machine:
Starch is the first choice to make corn syrup, better equipped with a corn starch production line to make corn syrup, if you with a tight budget, also can use corn flour to make corn syrup, this time just need one corn flour crushing machine in high fructose corn syrup factory.
2. Mixing tank: a dedicated mixing tank to mixing certain water with corn starch/ flour, adjust the PH value, then add enzymes, usually the first step of how to make corn syrup.
3. Ejector and tanks used in corn starch/ flour liquefication process: to make corn syrup, need this liquefaction process, this process used equipments contain ejector, laminar tank, maintain tank and neutralization tank. Adjust the liquid PF value to 4.4-4.5 for preparation the following glycosylated.
4. Plate and frame filter press machine: to get bright and pure corn syrup, request to make deprotein and decolor process, this plate and frame filter press machine is used for these section.
5. Saccharification tank: also a dedicated tank, used for the liquid saccharification process, when finished the DE value is 95%-97%.

7. Evaporator: remove the unnessary moisture from corn syrup, get a suitable concentration of corn syrup as your requests.
8.
